This notice covers Iowa District Optimists’ training-library access requests and the Iowa Optimist Website Email connection.
When you submit an access request, we collect your name, email address, and club name. The website also records submission information, including the time and IP address. Requests are stored in WordPress for review by authorized website administrators.
We use this information to review requests and communicate about access to training videos. Email notifications are addressed to iowaoptimistwebmaster@gmail.com.
The website’s email connection uses FluentSMTP and Google’s Gmail service to send messages through the webmaster account. Google authorization is for the webmaster account; visitors do not need to authorize access to their own Gmail accounts to submit this form.
Request information may be processed by our website hosting and email providers as part of storing requests and delivering messages.
